What is an Automated Valuation and how do you use one?

To help you determine an estimated value for a particular real estate property, Devenio provides you with a product called an Automated Valuation. This service estimates the value of a selected property and provides data on similar home sales in the subject property area. It enables you to obtain a range of sales within the neighborhood so you can be well-informed about your purchase or sale.

Devenio performs home value estimate reports for a fee of $9.95. The computerized value is derived by a comprehensive comparison of the subject property against other home sales in the area. The reports are
generated using the most current information available.
